Shoulder + Elbow + Wrist = Bunny?
Looky, looky!
Another Bunny!
I'm working on the Shoulder (for Line Of Action), Elbow (Underlying Shapes)& Wrist (Details) method of drawing this character. Seems to be helping - thanks, Gabe!
I concentrated on the placement of the extremities and the minimization of tangents.
Initial verdict: Improved results, but I still don't "own" this pose.
More to come...

Damn fine work Craig. I tried this one a while back and still can't get the pose right.
Thanks loads, Kevin!
I think all that agonizing I did over the goose (duck?) character gave me a running start on this one. (Plus Gabe's tip!)
John K & Steve W keep giving lip service to the Blair lessons, but I wonder if they've kept up with looking at our blogs? And if so, do they do it only to laugh themselves senseless at amateurs, such as myself, and our pathetic attempts to draw cartoons?
Admittedly, I couldn't figure out the procedure to link my blog to the animationarchive pages, so it's no wonder I have fallen off the radar. (If, indeed, I was ever even a blip!)
Looking forward to your next art blog post, K! Thanks for dropping by!
As Al Pacino said in "scent of a Woman": "HOO-ha!"
You have raised the proverbial bar on this one, my friend. Yes, I'm still lurking out here in the fog, extra busy in my final days of singledom, extra eager to get back in the swing of things once the shennanigans are over and done.
I think you're right about JohnK & Steve. That time I bugged John about looking at my lessons, the response he posted on his blog seemed to indicate he found it a fairly outre request. How bout when I request a cup of coffee when you're workin at Langley Bardhol & Craig, How about THAT, John K?
See you post-vicissitudes...
YAY! Bardhol lives and is gettin' hitched, even!
Best of luck with the upcoming nuptuals, my blog-buddy. I've been married lo these 18 years and it may have been the only smart thing I ever did.
Well, that and draw this rabbit.
Now let's see some honeymoon snaps, m'man!
