Blooper The Bunny

Sometime between the years 2012 and 2013, I became OBSESSED with the interwebs. More specifically YouTube. Sadly, the libraries wouldn't allow a 9-10 year old kid to use the adult computers, so I was often left to use the kid computers (which YouTube was BLOCKED on). But in the times I would be stuck on the children's computers, I'd be playing various MMOS.

Enter PetPet Park

PetPet Park was an online MMO released in 2008 and was meant to be the successor to NeoPets. The game was quite similar to NeoPets, but was a lot more interactive than its original source material. This was an alternative to the smash hit (at the time), "Moshi Monsters" since they were dishing out paid subscriptions that I couldn't get because I had no clue of how online transactions for such luxuries work. I don't remember what kind of pet I had on this game, but I vividly remember my username being "Blooper910."

A few years ago, PetPet Park was shut down due to just not making enough money compared to NeoPets. So while I couldn't play the game anymore, I turned to Animal Jam (mobile and PC version) in 2018. And decided to resurrect Blooper910 once again (circa May 2021). But this time, as an OC.

Blooper is a "Neo Bunny" who moved out of PetPet Park many years ago, and currently resides in Jamaa (The in game world in Animal Jam). She sports an autumn leaf skirt and amber necklace (as well as a red cape). So yeah. Here's my Animal Jam\PetPet OC I created last year. CONTENT!

Oscar's Parody: Guest of Honor.

Alan going after his "precious piece of cheese" live on YouTube.

This is for an upcoming parody of The Oscars. Basically just mine and my friend's characters getting various awards as well as updates for our projects. Maybe even an update on my Home Movies series?

Dr. Glep At Your Service

Following my "Alan's Sick Day" drawing, it seems like Glep as stepped up with the role of a doctor (an inexperienced doctor) and takes care of Alan while he's on bedrest.

"I think that goes on my chest, Glep..."

Alan listing our symptoms upon Glep's arrival

Alan's Sick Day

Was hoping my cold would get better, but it took a massive nosedive today. So dad and I have just been stuck on the couch all day watching God knows what. (Mostly Simpsons, Cyberchase, and Smiling Friends).

Call me crazy, but I often draw different cartoon characters in situations I'm in. Just to kind of take my mind off things.

For those who can't read the text bubble. It says "Glep...Could you bring me my *cough* cheese....?"

More Alan (or sick Alan) to come.

The Cheese Man

Dad and I watched Smiling Friends today. Pretty clear who my favorite character is.

We'll be downloading the episodes tomorrow!

Daddy Daughter Draws: Sick Day Edition

There's been a virus in our neck of the woods as of late. My mom got sick over the weekend, then I caught it on Monday, and dad caught it on Tuesday. So we've just been laying on either a sofa or bed.

This afternoon, I decide to hang out with dad in the living room since I was getting pretty bored. I grab a pen from the kitchen (dad just so happened to be a few feet away from me).

"Get your journal. We're doing a drawing session." I say in a voice that would sound almost identical to Patty and Selma from the Simpsons. So we plopped on the couch (and loveseat) and tuned into Cyberchase.

These drawings have spanned from late last night until late this afternoon. I too did some sketches as well, but not too proud of how they turned out. So have a look at my dad's work above.

Smiling Friends Crossover?

Owing to a vivid dream I had about Smiling Friends, I made a drawing of Shannon and Alan.

Project!

Took some cardboard from some scraps this past weekend. I'm thinking about turning this simple shape into a stage for my LPS series!
